Miró Alphabet

Type Design

The Miró alphabet draws inspiration from the abstract and surrealist painter Juan Miró, featuring symbols and forms from his paintings. Using a modular grid, all the alphabets, numerals, and punctuations are based on six main parameters, consistently derived from Miró's original symbols. Miró's playful nature allows for a variety of new fun shapes to be created by connecting lines and circles. You can even try it out for yourself at the bottom of this page! ︎
